As a Health & Safety Advisor and Senior QHSE Manager, Michele has successfully overseen complex construction projects, guided teams through regulatory and operational challenges, and fostered a strong culture of safety and high-quality performance. 

His professional background is supported by extensive field experience and formal qualifications, including the NEBOSH international diploma, ISO 9001 lead auditor qualification,  IOSH Certified membership and Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP) Associate member status  underscoring his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in every aspect of his work.
